Adam's football at Rosewater has seen him mainly as an attacking half back flanker, with the ability to slot into the forwards and kick goals.  Additionally has an occasional run on the ball.

In Round 12, 2010, Adam attained 200 A Grade games at Rosewater.  In the first Round of finals in 2013 his 250th Rosewater game came up.

Infamously, made national headlines when he struck an umpire in his 300th and final match, subsequently receiving a 20 year ban.
